Schengen visa insurance

Schengen visa insurance

When you apply for a Schengen visa, you must prove that you are insured for healthcare costs in the Netherlands. With OOM Schengen visa insurance, you can be sure that you meet the visa requirements.

Why do you need Schengen visa insurance?

If you are coming to the Netherlands, you may need a visa. This depends on your nationality and if you come from a country with a visa requirement. The Schengen visa is ideal in this situation! It gives you access to the Netherlands and to many other European countries. This visa is valid for 90 days and therefore suitable for a holiday, and also for a longer stay.

To get a Schengen visa, you must show that you are insured for healthcare costs in the Netherlands. If you are not insured, your visa application will be denied. Our Schengen visa insurance, the OOM Schengen Visitor Insurance, meets these requirements and you will be properly insured. So, it’s a ‘must-have’ for your trip!
