1. Important to know, if you need a dentist
- If you’ve taken out OOM Dental cover, you can choose a dentist yourself.
- You first pay for the treatment yourself. You can then claim the costs via My OOM. We no longer use paper claim forms, so please submit your claims digitally.
- If the treatment is covered, we’ll reimburse the costs up to the maximum amount for which you’re insured.
- We always respond as soon as possible. You’ll receive a reply from us within 10 working days at the very latest, and usually much sooner.
- If something has gone wrong or if you have a complaint, please check our complaints procedure.
