You can claim healthcare and dental costs online via My OOM. We no longer use the paper claims form. Please submit your claims digitally.

Pay premiums

We understand that an increase in the premium is not something you were waiting for. Neither were we. But unfortunately, it is unavoidable. We are doing our best to keep the premium as low as possible. However, we too are having to deal with an increase in our costs. This includes a higher burden of claims and global inflation, as well as the exchange rate differences that we have as an international insurance company.

Each year, we review whether we can pay these costs from the premiums we receive. If that turns out not to be the case, we have to adjust premiums for the following year.

In our blog about premium increases, you will find a more extensive explanation of why premiums are increasing.
