We are clear about what you can and can’t expect from our insurance. You do not only read about what the insurance covers, but also what the exclusions and restrictions are. We aim to use clear and understandable language and constantly strive towards improving our communication.
Of course you want the insurance you take out with us to suit your personal situation. If you have any questions, we will be pleased to help in any way we can.
You may expect excellent and friendly service from us. We do our best to answer your questions quickly by telephone, via the chat or by email. If you are dissatisfied with our products or service, submit your complaint and we will look for a satisfactory solution together.
