If your cancellation is covered by your Cancellation insurance, you can claim the cancellation costs from us via My OOM. You can submit your claim easily and securely online via My OOM. This helps us process your claim faster and you’ll always have insight into the status of your claim.
4. What will we reimburse under your Cancellation insurance?
We’ll reimburse the amount remaining after deducting your own risk excess. This means we look at the costs you’ve incurred and the applicable own risk excess.
5. Our response time
We understand that you want a quick response. We always respond as soon as possible. You’ll receive a response from us within 10 working days at the very latest, and usually sooner.
