Changes in premiums and terms and conditions

As of July 1, 2025, the premiums and terms and conditions of the OOM International Insurance will change.

As of July 1, 2025, the premiums and terms and conditions of the OOM International Insurance will change.

We are a not-for-profit insurer. This means your premium must be sufficient to cover healthcare expenses and claims, while maintaining the level of quality you expect from us.

We understand that a new adjustment, shortly after the increase on 1 January, may raise questions. For many policyholders, this means another significant increase in costs. We are fully aware of this.

Still, these changes are necessary. Even after the previous premium increase, the current premium is not sufficient to cover all claim costs. That’s why we are increasing the premium again as of 1 July.

In addition, we are introducing several other measures, such as changes to coverage and policy terms. These are necessary to keep the insurance sustainable in the long term. This is the only way we can continue to deliver the quality and service you expect from us – without compromise.

You can read on this page what will change for you.
