Submit a claim under your Legal Assistance insurance
1. Get legal assistance
If you need legal assistance, contact ARAG legal assistance as soon as possible. You can contact them by phoning +31 (0)33 4 342 342 or by sending a email to servicecenter@ARAG.nl. ARAG will check on our behalf whether the legal assistance you need is covered by your Legal Assistance insurance.
2. Ask questions online
If you have an urgent question for ARAG, you can submit it easily via www.arag.nl/uwvraag (in dutch).
3. Submit written claim
To ensure your claim is handled efficiently, it’s important to submit it to ARAG in writing. You can do this via www.arag.nl/zaakmelden. Include your policy number, so that ARAG can help you quickly.
4. Report a traffic incident
If you want to report a traffic incident, use the European Accident Statement Form (pdf).
5. Additional information and evidence
If ARAG asks for additional information or evidence, send copies of relevant documents and keep the originals for your own records.
