Dialysis

The OOM Provisional Residence in the Netherlands Insurance is a medical insurance if you are staying in the Netherlands for a longer period of time but are not (yet) eligible for Dutch national health insurance.

You will receive reimbursement for dialysis if you have received permission for the treatment from our medical advisor.

An excess applies to OOM Provisional Residence in the Netherlands Insurance. If you incur costs which are covered by the insurance, you pay the first part of these costs yourself. Per period insured your excess is €200.

You were run over and are now in hospital. Your specialist tells you that your right kidney is not functioning properly and suggests a number of dialysis treatments. The costs are €1,475.  You have an excess of €200. We will reimburse €1,275 if you have received prior permission for the treatment from our medical advisor.
