Permanently disabled following an accident

In case you become permanently disabled following an accident the following applies:

  • Let us know as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone (+31 (0)70 353 21 25) or by email. We can help you more quickly if you tell us your policy number.
  • Fill in the Personal accident insurance report form (pdf).
  • If the disability is covered, we will pay for the damage to whoever took out the Insurance.
  • You will receive a first response within 10 working days at most, but we generally respond much more quickly.
  • Has something not gone as you would have liked? Do you have a complaint? Please take a look at our complaints procedures.

Death due to an accident

In case an insured person dies due to an accident the following applies:

  • Let us know as soon as possible, and in any case at least 48 hours before the burial or cremation. You can do this by telephone (+31 (0)70 353 21 25) or by email. We can help you more quickly if you tell us the insured person’s policy number.
  • Fill in the Personal accident insurance report form (pdf).
  • If the death is covered, we will pay the damages to the legal heirs of the insured person.
  • You will receive a first response within 10 working days at most, but we generally respond much more quickly.
