You will receive legal assistance for a dispute:
- with your current or ex-employer about an employment agreement;
- about a social insurance provision or a welfare provision.
You will receive assistance provided that the agreement is in accordance with European (EU) law. You are only eligible for legal assistance if a judge in the EU can handle the case and the law of an EU country applies.
