You should call OOM Assistance USA if the insured person in the United States:
- is admitted to hospital or requires medical treatment;
- becomes pregnant or is giving birth;
- returns to the Netherlands for medical reasons or needs to be evacuated;
- dies;
- is missing or needs rescuing.
