contracting country:
If the law of your country of origin determines that you are entitled to the
country-of-residence package, then you will be entitled to the same coverage as is offered by Dutch national health insurance. Otherwise, the terms of the legislation of your country of origin will apply. You may have to arrange for insurance.

The legislation of your country of origin will determine what you must do. You may have to arrange for insurance.
