A number of ‘companies’ fall under the trading name of OOM Verzekeringen:
- OOM Global Care N.V. offers Health Insurance and SOS Insurance policies internationally;
- OOM Schadeverzekering N.V. offers non-life insurance policies both within the Netherlands as well as abroad. Within the Netherlands, the policies available include Comprehensive Hazard Insurance and Headstone and Monument Insurance. Outside the Netherlands, the policies available include household contents, travel, and third-party insurance;
- “O.O.M.” Onderlinge Molestverzekering-Maatschappij U.A. is a mutual insurance company, which operates independently and has not issued any shares. ‘Major war and kindred risks’ means armed conflict, civil war, uprisings, domestic unrest, riots and mutiny; The War and Kindred Risks policy is included in some of our other policies, such as the Health Insurance and SOS Insurance policies.
OOM Holding N.V.
- Vereniging OOM and Vereniging OOM Brand jointly hold the shares in OOM Holding N.V. ;
- OOM Holding N.V. holds the shares in OOM Global Care N.V., as well as those in OOM Schadeverzekering N.V.;
- OOM Holding N.V. is managed by Ms Purvis-Wagemaker (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr Korteweg (Financial Director).
