- OOM Global Care N.V. is a member of the Health Insurance Complaints and Disputes Foundation (SKGZ).
- OOM Schadeverzekering N.V. is a member of Financial Service Complaints Institute (KiFiD), membership number: 200.000.242.
- “O.O.M.” Onderlinge Molestverzekering-Maatschappij U.A. is a member of Financial Service Complaints Institute (KiFiD), membership number: 200.000.443.

“O.O.M.” Onderlinge Molestverzekering-Maatschappij U.A. does not have a license as this organisation is not subject to regulation by the AFM (the Act on Financial Supervision (WFT) does not apply to war and kindred risk).
Chamber of Commerce
The trade name OOM Verzekeringen is used by OOM Holding N.V., OOM Global Care N.V., OOM Schadeverzekering N.V. and "O.O.M." Onderlinge Molestverzekering-Maatschappij U.A., all legally registred in The Hague with offices in Rijswijk and registered at the The Hague Chamber of Commerce under numbers 27194193, 27111654, 27155593 and 27117235.
